Whats for breakfast today?
PV. Coffee until lunch
intermittent fasting?
Exactly. I've done it for years. I'm not hardcore though. Usually around 18hrs and not every day. You do it?
tried it few times in 2022y Not regular yet. Will use the month of #Ramadan as an occasion to level/up this year 🙏🏽
What benefits did you observe for yourself?
16/8 on since 2 years. Can’t imagine to ever go back.
what was the change you observed?
Combined with a largely keto-leaning nutrition a weight loss of 10 kg while preserving muscle mass and first and foremost being 100% awake during the day and falling into sleep 5 minutes after going to bed.
I might start the 16/8 more regularly as well. Sounds like a good „entry“ to a fasting routine 🙏🏽
Thanks for sharing
For me, it helps control my calorie intake. Strangely, I'm less hungry when I fast and eat less. I can lose excess fat with no problem if I want to when fasting.
It also gives me better clarity of thought when fasting. I think my brain functions better because as soon as I start eating I feel tired and my mind's not as sharp.
Yes, the effect on vigilance and presence is indeed amazing.
If you have the flexibility, I'd recommend to put your training ~2 hours upfront of any of your meals, so that you don't fall into undersupply with protein.
Coffee
Espresso, salt and water. Fast to atleast 3pm everyday
Sats!
Glass of water and later a black coffee.
many people seem to fast. Impressive
#Ramadan is starting mid march only 😉
Had my last breakfast 2018
You are all kidding me 🤯
Where is the „breakfast-is-my-daily-highlight“-crew?
I can't eat early in the morning, I have to be awake for at least 2 hours and at that time i‘m already at work. No breakfast for me
hahahahahahah lol same! I had my last breakfast 2015
What was it?
and what was it for you?
probably oatmeal hahahahaha
yours?
Probably some white bread and some cereals 🤣
Didn’t known fasting was this popular 🤔
same. I am very surprised. I knew it was common, but seems it’s even a lot more then I thought.
🫶🫶 Same take here for me
I will never go back tbh hahahahah
Wait never?? How many times do you eat per day then? I think the first weeks I’d be crazy hungry 😅😅
hahahahaha no not rly, I like drinking olive oil at 12 pm from time to time but I usually just stick to coffee hahahahah I like to be productive in the morning and I like to workout on an empty stomach 😅
I guess I eat one meal and a snack or 2 meals a day... depending on my hunger levels
Wait what, people drink olive oil?!?😅😅😅
Wish I had more time to go to the gym more often, benefits me so much, whenever I have the time to work out 💜💜
hahahaha just like a tablespoon of olive oil not really anything crazy ahahhaha
yeah I gey that, I'm really grateful I have the time to go everyday 💜💜💜
Ohh, is that for like health benefits or what’s the reasoning behind the olive oil?
It’s a great preventative if you want to get wasted later that day
So I should workout, fast, drink olive oil, have a coffee, and then start heavily drinking. The life lessons I’m getting here 💜💜
ahhahahahahhahhqhah I don't drink but sure hahahaha live your best life 🧚♀️✨️
You don’t drink at all? That’s so cool 💜💜
I have a glass of wine on very special occasions but in general I don't ahhahahaha I don't like the taste or the feeling...
People have started calling me a boomer, because I rarely ever drink anymore 😂 I’ll check the DMs later, as I want to actually pay proper attention the DMs💜💜
or that also ahahhahaha almost forgot about what breakfast foods i used to eat but its possible that was the last one for me too
hahahaha I used to love white toast with butter and a coffee but my blood sugar levels did not hahahaha I would have to eat sth in like 2 hours again
5 eggs. 🤷♂️
low-fat Quark and oats
Same as every day, black coffee + 4 eggs on bread
I stopped bread 100% from my intake.
It had a significant impact for me, loosing some unwanted belly fat for example 🙏🏽
