I would but honestly haven’t seen any. Not sure if they don’t exist or I’m in the nostr bitcoin silo
i've noticed quite a few non-bitcoin-related accounts popping up here and there. a few around real estate, a few around digital marketing (not surprising tbh) and some around wine, entertainment, etc. they're few, but they're growing
I’m a big bitcoin believer, but not a Bitcoiner dev or whatever by any means. I run a startup and love Nostr. Hope more people just the punk side soon too

Pretty much Bitcoin only. I love talking about Bitcoin/Nostr but I do hope it will change. Some way to separate out subjects or follow specific hashtags would help

Yeah I do, like on Twitter I follow everyone who posts wise or very funny notes. Generally they are Bitcoiners.. just a coincidence 😌🫂🍀☯️

I guess most of us are Bitcoiners but that's not why I follow necessarily.

Thing is, the type of people who would really value a protocol like this are the same type who recognize the value of Bitcoin in the first place, imo. We don’t all use (or know) much tech-speak, but we know Bitcoin. 💪

To become a genuine multicommunity platform we need ways to manage participation in smaller communities- lists, bookmarks, better search etc.
Zerohedge has over 1K followers, not much but a sign there is room for more than #Bitcoin...

Most of my Twitter followers/follows are not bitcoiners. Virtually none of them are here. Wonder if it’ll catch on beyond Bitcoin. I get the excitement among bitcoiners but not sure how anyone will see your posts if you don’t already have a Bitcoin following.
Agreed. Nostr is a bit like bitcoin after all. Only those that see value in something decentralised and uncensorable will use it for now. Maybe it will be a sad day when normal twitter users feel nostr is the only solution too though. It will mean twitter has gone down the drain.
I think it will take a while for non-bitcoiners to realize the benefit of this open protocol. People more running into these profit centers to get entertained or biased…

I’m in a crypto for few years but honestly I’m using this mainly because:
- I hate Twitter
- I’m interested in decentralised systems
Shitcoiners can't run their scams here at profit, so they don't show.
Nostr seems to be entirely consumed by Bitcoin and Lightning. Appears to be native to the environment. Tends to make all else pale in comparison.
