Iโ€™m sure this will be settled ๐Ÿ˜‚

No doubt about it, on Nostr it will ๐Ÿ˜‚

๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคฃ

Thin! ๐Ÿ•

I like variety

Think, but firm

i like my pizza thin & thick thighs ๐Ÿ˜

Perfect ๐Ÿ‘Œ

๐Ÿ˜… so easy to settle

Depends from where and what the occasion is.

If out with adult friends and no kids at a place in Chicago or Detroit that is KNOWN for deep dish- deep dish.

Pretty much any other time - thing base.

Deep dish is messy enough and not cheesy enough that itโ€™s just not fun trying to give to kids or if youโ€™re having an informal meal.

Deep dish is for the classy carb addicts.

I find some deep ones to be too doughy though

Thatโ€™s fair. There has to be a proper bread to sauce ratio and a crispy bottom.

Exactly, itโ€™s a hard one to get right but when itโ€™s right itโ€™s awesome

Crispy bottom!!

Thin, but thick crust. Best of both worlds.

Howโ€™s this work?

Zappadoodle ! Thanks maโ€˜am !

Thin base

both ๐Ÿ•๐Ÿ˜‹

Thin.

Thin!

Thin

Thick, but not deep-pan thick. Unless it's pepperoni, for some reason that needs a thin base.

Oh, and pineapple belongs on pizza. Provided its not something that doesn't suit it, again I'm thinking of pepperoni.

In Korea I had a pizza with orange as one of the ingredients, that was awesome.

Orange ๐ŸŠ on a pizza!!! ๐Ÿ˜ณ

That โ€ฆ sounds โ€ฆ interesting

I would try it at least once

If I recall correctly it was chicken, pistachio, camembert cheese and orange. The biggest problem with orange is it is water and sugar so gets quite hot and might explode in your mouth if you don't give it time to cool, similar to cherry tomatoes. So be careful.

That sounds promisingโ€ฆ

Oh and cranberries... Don't forget them they were great.. I'm not sure what they used for the base though because it wasn't a typical BBQ or tomato sauce base.

๐Ÿคข๐Ÿคข

Not a fan of cranberries?

Cranberry pizza ??? Man orange was a stretch but this I just cannot understand ๐Ÿ˜‚

Definitely creative though

Cranberries were with the orange, chicken, pistachio, and camembert. It was tasty.

No to all of the above on pizza! Excuse chicken.

Camembert is like one of my favourite things to eat on pizza.

Also sweet potato pizzas are a thing in Korea ๐Ÿ˜‚

I wasn't a fan of 99% of the pizzas I ate though because they use sugar in the base... Everything is piled onto a sweetened base. It's pretty gross unless you're really hungry and pizza is a fast option.

Now youโ€™re just shitting with us ๐Ÿ˜‚

How good is your Korean? This one says "Irish potato" ๐Ÿคฃ

So many carbs

Carbs on Carbs ๐Ÿ˜‚ with a sweetened base. Yeah, if you're in Korea you should try it for yourself once, then ignore pizzas (unless at boutique restaurants that make lots of other things)... Eat the fried chicken instead. That was always awesome.

Both my Irish and Italian ancestors roll in their graves ๐Ÿ˜‚

๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ

So you donโ€™t mean sweet potato ๐Ÿ

You mean sweet. Potato ๐Ÿฅ” ?

I am sure sweet potato was a thing but I could only remember papa john's pizzas and they just have the Irish potato pizza, so searching for others to show is not as simple.

Naples, Italy ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น,

seated outside,

wood fired,

thin crust,

with fresh buffalo mozzarella (or in other words, actual mozzarella.), fresh tomatoes, fresh basil, roasted garlic, fresh pressed olive oil (still smells like olives), fresh grated Parmesan (real parmesan from Parma)

and a glass of whatever the house wine is โค๏ธ

everything else, everywhere else, is variations of flatbread with stuff on it.

WTF? I am out of this! My taste buds canโ€™t handle it anymore ๐Ÿถ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿซก๐Ÿคฃ

Koreans make wild pizzas. A few weeks ago a friend made me a garlic and blue cheese pizza which we dipped in honey as we ate. Sounds atrocious but it works.

When I was in China, durian pizza was a thing.

Whatโ€™s that exactly?

Durian is a fruit renowned for being โ€œstinky on the outside, delicious on the insideโ€ except no, it is stinky on the inside too ๐Ÿคข

No, no, no. I'm gonna nope that durian pizza right here ๐Ÿคฎ

I am gonna NOPE all the pizzas in this thread, period! ๐Ÿถ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜ˆ

Wait till I see you in person ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

Here to defend pineapple on a pepperoni. If those are the only two toppings, yuck. But try pepperoni, banana peppers (or jalapeรฑos if you prefer), bacon, pineapple, goat cheese, & buffalo hot sauce drizzled on top. Canโ€™t go wrong. ๐Ÿ’ฏ

YES!๐Ÿถ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿซก

Thick ๐Ÿง€๐Ÿ๐Ÿคฃ

This is a debate? Thin, NY style. Lol

Apparently it is ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

Okee I'll check in tomorrow to see the results.

Lol.

Between the two options, Thick all the way

Both have their place, but thin most of the time

Chicago FTW

Thick and deep. Kinda hard to make it keto, though.

Yep itโ€™s a struggle

I do a fat head dough crust and go light on the sauce, unless I make an Alfredo pizza

It really depends. Some thick pizzas are so dry. But if itโ€™s not I prefer thick over thin.

Thin and just mushrooms, onions and olives on top.

There's a lot of talk about your post.

Depends on my mood ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคฃ

Thin ๐ŸคŒ

This i snot a detail.. Thick pizza is the original pizza from Naples (also soft), while thin crunchy pizza is mainly from Rome ... I prefer thick but that's not the original one...

Mom made a thick style pizza that could almost be called a focaccia. my favorite was topped with just a bit of sauce lots and lots of parsley and a bit of cheese.

Both and everything in between.
