Having the confidence to go out even without doing a bumbum check first.
When you take all the cushions off the couch and build a fort with a blanket on top. You get in there and keep the girls out. You’re based.
Or, or in a game of tag you make it to the safe zone. You’re based.
Am I doing this right?
Tell truths (even if they are hard)
To be able to debate and defend a position, because you have done the due diligence seeking truth ✨
Based in reality
I’m too afraid to ask at this point
Having a perspective that cuts through the theatrics and bullshit of the fiat matrix and is based in actual reality
Thine own self be true
Based in Reality
being correct on things that are controversial to the normies
1. Understands everything you learned in school is a lie.
2. Understands the food pyramid is a lie.
3. Rejects postmodern moral relativism.
4. Understands the medical profession is mostly sanctioned quackery.
5. Understands the need for personal/familial sovereignty.
6. Understands the entire monetary system is legalized theft.
7. Understands any federal law other than the Bill of Rights is unnecessary (US only).
8. Understands the value of being outdoors, sunlight, and exercise.
9. Knows how to use firearms to defend family if needed.
10. Understands your lot in life is determined by how much personal responsibility you are willing to take on.
This covers it all. +1

Personally I find the words based and woke equally annoying 🤷🏼♂️
Same. Because it puts us right back at the us v them mentality. It pits regular folk against regular folk and the suits, the powers that be, the lizard people, whatever you want to call them, have just that much more control over our lives and decisions.
Actions or words aligned with truths, in face of likely popular criticism.
Something like that...
a term of agreement; meaning based in reality, typically used in relation to topics or points being made that may seem edgy depending on a person's political or personal beliefs
The opposite of acidic...
Being unapologetically yourself and not giving in to authority.
cool
Back in my time they just called it common sense
Being based in this day and age is standing out from the crowd, not afraid of being yourself the way your higher power(s) intended, even if your family fears for your "safety" (I do the quotes, for that's a code word for possible bad things to happen to you if you buckle to their pressure unquestioningly).
The way you stand out, however, depends on your ethics. In my humble opinion, you have to look things up, where people cannot prove the opposite through normal means, but rather, using insults and gaslighting and try and coerce you to their thought process, for they cannot fathom your enlightenment. They will know you're being enlightened by your higher power.
I have done this on Nostr, in fact, and even my own circles didn't take too kindly to a couple things I had said based upon me being enlightened by my higher power. That's an example of this for me.
It means you have a foundations, literally based, and don’t float down the streaming garbage river morass that is called modern culture.
