Kiyosaki just rubs me the wrong way. Most of the things he says are correct in principle, but get this bullshit con artist spin put on them.
The guy was very careful about finances back in the day, always advising against debt. Then he turned into a little debt because why not and in his lates iteration he is a full borrow, refi, die type of person.
