My parents died in my late teens.
My fondest memories today have nothing to do with what they did or didn't buy me.
I have this one memory with my father, about 12 years old, where we were laughing together so hard that we cried. We liked to come up with stupid business ideas and that one sticks with me.

Sure but when you don’t have enough money to where you have to do things you don’t like…you can’t just sit around and be happy.
We have all the material things. Cars, house, degree, jobs, etc. But I cannot wait to be present with my babies. The best gift ever.
