I get bad shoulders y’all.

Due to a neck injury I can barely use my left arm/shoulder.

Sometimes my arm just feels like a cold rock or cold metal(like not to the touch but when I try to use it, that’s the sensation I get).

I still have a dulled sense of touch in my left hand as well.

I’ve seen 2 different therapist’s doctors combos & they have both said the same thing.

They want to fuse my neck.

I won’t do it as they cannot guarantee that it will fix the issue.

I haven’t been able to lift 15lbs over my head with my left arm for 4 years now. I can hold that in front of me & hold that much but it hurts.

There's a few things you can do to help with that. We can chat about it if you'd like.

Cool.

1. Find a good chiropractor. One that will take the time to figure out the nerve issue. You could also see an acupuncturist or massage specialist. Note: this takes time to find someone legit and good.

2. Many nerve issues that linger can be traced back to healthy fat and mineral deficiencies. Start eating more and better fats and increase your mineral uptake.

3. Move. Start with walking at least every other day.

3. Im like 6ft 190lb dad bod cuz I eat to much ice cream if I stop I’ll lose like 20+lbs instantly otherwise I pretty much just eat proteins. I’m pretty mobile I get my 10k in steps.

But I don’t like run n e more… maybe I’ll break out the good ole Nordic track again this year.

Have you done the extended blood work to find out if you're low on various minerals?

I don't lose weight that fast, I'm kinda jealous. LOL!

I intentionally don't say running. Walking. At a moderate pace. Possibly after your evening meal if you eat one.

I had to see a "cancer specialist" to get the right bloodwork done…it was expensive… I’m glad I found her before she retired… normal docs don’t get it for some reason…

My body doesn’t process certain minerals properly if at all…

I pretty much only eat one meal a day & only drink coffee, tea, milk… unless I’m eating ice cream… I can’t help myself… lol

Doctors these days are terrible diagnosticians. They aren't taught about nutrition. They are just drug pushers. The good ones are very few and fat between.

And heck, the only bad thing in good ice cream is the sugar, but if you buy junky I've cream with junk like processed soy goo and the like... Upgrade your ice cream to better stuff or start making it yourself.

Your body might be craving more fat since you can't stop eating ice cream. Start adding more healthy fats and see if that effects your ice cream cravings.

I either make my own or buy the cleanest diff I can find in the stores… I read all labels on everything I buy…

100%. One of the things I've learned in preparation for a trial of carnivore is that people need to add more fat to lean cuts. Like, a lot more.

I try to get at least 80/20 I haven’t been able to find 70/30 or anything with suet added yet…

Ask a butcher for suet and add it in? It's usually pretty darn cheap.

I’ve only found one farmer that sells suet near me… it was like 15$ a lb? I try not to buy beef at stores anymore.

I’ve had shoulder problems my entire life… separated both of them twice, and a broken collar bone ensured I’m uneven… I had given up hope of ever having strong shoulders again… then I found a mobility coach and paired that with a functional strength coach… less than a year and now I am lifting heavy weights overhead with confidence and stability, and I am no longer in pain/suffering constantly while sleeping.
