I need a way to share text and images quickly across desktop, mobile, Mac and windows
Traditionally I’ve used Discord (mobile to desktop) and iMessage (iPhone to Mac)
Nostr could do this easily, but I’d have to log-in on all devices (which isn’t terrible if it’s just one-time), but are DMs to self really the best way to do this?

I use a self hosted SimpleX chat server and send text, files, and photos between each to access them.
Can you use SFTP with an app like Termius?
I use mail for that. I don't send them but just put 'em in drafts. Probably also not the best way but that's still what I'm doing.

Standard Notes works great and fully is encrypted.. use an anon email to synch it across devices

syncthing is pretty great. Like a self-hosted, encrypted, dropbox
KDE connect is how I do quick shares.
