Id probably stuff knife holes with parsley and garlic, thens alt and pepper, put it on a bed of potatoes and onions and carrots with a little chicken or beef stock and slow cook it at around 275-300 in a dutch oven for a few hours.

I may try this tho

I like cooking and want people to be happy with what they eat. Even crotchety ol' UTXO

no broth, the veggies and the fat is more than enough moisture, IMO. Personally I'd ditch those, too.

🤷

also known as arrachera steak in mexico.

with heat

what is this cut? i'd say it will be nice on BBQ or fried

I’ve mostly had pretty good luck keeping it simple with hanger steak. in a pan with butter, a few minutes on each side

…but you might want to make sure it’s defrosted first and not in the package anymore

Sous vide with spices of your choice. Pat dry, then pan sear to finish.

Would you consider building a Brazilian barbecue pit or an Argentinian /uruguayan parrilla? We can help with schematics. It’s simple.

toss it on a girll and flip it from time to time. grab a beer and other men to chat with while you wait for the meat to be turned. after turning the meat, discuss the process with the other men. engage in small talk about notes and other stuff.

Should one periodically wave their hand over the heat to check the temperature?

Not in the plastic. 👀

This is an incredible steak. Here in Belgium is very sought after.

Just pan sear it. Finish with butter, garlic and Thyme.

There is a type of silver skin in the middle just work around it.

Do a roll. Throw some butter slices and cheese inside and you have an amazing pinwheel

It says to keep frozen.
