🤣 My love of cutting boards is a close second to my cast iron obsession.

This is something I can relate to. I have a couple of gorgeous wooden (home) boards that I love so much I put plastic boards on top of them before I use them.🤣

Reverse sear, finished in cast iron skillet.

Been doing the same with sous vide and cast iron. Occasional broil with preheated pan if the meat has bone. The bone causes a weird seat in the pan.
