My current look☝🏻.

He has a high wide stance there, which is more for hamstrings and inner thigh, I've been concentrating more on feet close together and much lower down, this emphasises the outer quads, to give some curvature (Eventually😬😂) to the outer thigh, which I think is a good leg look!

You train for aesthetics? No judgement

Yes node, absolutely. That's why shrugs are my absolute favourite exercise, I fucking hammer them because I think having big traps, is a good look🤷🏻‍♂️.

Ah. I train for longevity. Aesthetics is a nice bonus. But not my goal. I want to keep up with my kids and be able to do any activity for the longest I can (age wise)

This. Maintaining flexibility & range of motion as I age has become a must.

Definitely. Flexibility, range of motion, strength and cardio. Keeping the body “young” for as long as possible

I suppose training is a very individual pursuit and people do it for different reasons. For instance, I do no cardio, I used to, but not anymore. You do, which is obviously good from a longevity point of view. I train to put on weight🥳.

I put on 2kg of lean mass since I started this new 12 week interval. Strength is very important for longevity 🫡

I've put on 3.2kg of muscle since I started 6-8 weeks ago, that has included A LOT of eating🙄. I'm an ectomorph.

You haven’t trained in years. That’s similar to beginner gains my friend. I added a post workout meal which brings a lot of this muscle gain. I get gains from exercising but less. I’ve been at it for years

Not trying to diminish what you accomplish. These results are great. But 3.2kg every 6-8 weeks is not sustainable, unless you’re juicing (which I don’t think you are)

It's absolutely not sustainable!! These are known as "Newby gainz", because I've not trained for years and years, I was back to square one. When you start again it really shocks your body and it acts accordingly by quickly building muscle (Providing you're eating enough). I've got maybe another 4 weeks of these "Quick" gains before things really start to slow down. That picture you've seen, I put on roughly 16kg, but it took me 3 years!!

Just to put your mind at ease, this is still how I spend 98% of my day🙏🏻. Not wheeled him out for a while🥳.

Ok good no juicing

Nope. No juicing 💉🚫.

Good

Lifting for aesthetic😬😂.

10000% 🤣🤣🤣

How long to get like this?

Soon ™. Real soon ™

For Big Daddy, about 150 years🤷🏻‍♂️.

Giant Haystacks, 500😳.

One day!

I did the same recently and I trying to figure out how much of it is muscle and how much is fat. I pretty sure it is mostly muscle but always need to monitor.

Smart scale gives an approximation. Some is water with the creatine. A bit is fat. Tried removing what fluctuates and got to 2kg. But yeah. Definitely gotta monitor.

👍

Rule of thumb. I divide by two whatever the smart scale says. You start getting close to the truth

I might have to get one of these scales. 🤝

Check out the brand whithings. The mobile app is excellent too

Thanks. Will do.
