Its quite the fun ride of fucking shit up and breaking more shit until you get it right.
This.
I've broken half my house, but somehow it's almost doubled in value. Fiat.
Wild that the thing you denominate a thing in makes all the difference
Yeah. Priced in bitcoin... yikes.
Just fed again seems the feeder is out?
Sometimes it does get clogged. nostr:nprofile1qyxhwumn8ghj7cnjvghxjme0qyt8wumn8ghj7etyv4hzumn0wd68ytnvv9hxgtcqyqnvycfqn4ukq8tvydmjfrjayjwepaynp3e8qt73qrahcaev0mv3klnccxf will head butt the fence a few times and unclog it.
Thats exactly what's he's doing right now 😆 🤣
just start off somewhere, make it better, then move on to the next thing
And a get off my lawn sign 🪧
Welcome to the club. Perfect time to pluck weeds every couple of days.
You bought a home back in India?! That’s great.
GTFOO Canada.
fuckin stoked for u man!!! lawnmowers are cool, i just ressurected one and now it runs like a champ. and weedwacker. its my new home gym basically 😂
Congrats 🤝
I enjoy mowing, its when I listen to all my podcasts :)
Also better to get a used gas mower than one of those new plastic electric ones
Try and buy stuff second hand...there is always people getting rid of stuff for houses as they move or what not that is in perfectly good shape. Buy new as a last resort or if you know what ur doing and getting a forever tool.
Congrats!! 🥳
I just upgraded my lawn mower to one of those Ego electric pusher mowers. I LOVE THAT THING! Also got a leaf blower (same brand), too.
Get a plunger and a fire extinguisher before you need them
Absolutely first two things to get.
You feel exactly how felt downloading Go for the first time 😅
Embrace the lawn care
I'm gonna have the sexiest lawn make all the dads jealous
Read the good book
lol I’m three weeks out from doing the same thing
Best advice I can give is to go garage-sale hunting and find older equipment that has been well-maintained… the older the better. They don’t make anything like they used to, and all the old stuff you can still get parts for or fix/fabrícate a solution cheaply to solve an issue… the new stuff is mostly junk…
Yup. If you’re into plants, flowers, landscape learn about varieties, mulch, fertilizer, sod etc. Put money away for maintenance, i.e. hot water heater, furnace, roof, plumbing etc. The time will come before you know it.
No one knows what they are doing.
Lawns are a shitcoin, plant food. All gardening advice starts with annual flowers and ends with perennial food producers like fruit trees and berries. Do your stuff in the opposite order, fruit trees and berries first.
Just buy some goats
😂
awful mistake
Yards are a scam.
Congrats! My suggestion is that you Start to study permaculture— and buy a good rubber hose with lots of length and a good nozzle, a good hand push mower, drought tolerant grass seed for overseeding and get to work!
Congrats. Yell at the kids to get off it.
Don't waste your money on a fancy mower and definitely don't waste it on sprinklers.
Keep your lawn as small as possible, focus on native plant gardens or food crops. Or if you don't want to garden, let it go wild!
Congratulations! 🫂
Ya you’re toast
Im sorry for your loss
Underground sprinklers are a nightmare
You don't have to. Hire a lawn service. Or you can foodscape the entire yard, which is better
Yes! You have to buy a lot of stuff dude 😅💪😍
Yeah buying a home turned me into a lawn dad. It's inevitable, sorry 😅
I just YouTube everything
Congrats!
Plant berries and fruit trees wherever you have available space. Once you've run out, start removing stuff to put more. Leave some room for herbs and a designated area for annual veggies. Let your neighbours have pretty gardens, make sure you have an edible one.
Also, don't mow your lawn more than 2-3 times a year, wild plants are better for pollinators. Make some insects hotels too.
