This feels like the zone where all the normies are still convinced that #Bitcoin is just kinda stagnant and not going anywhere… meanwhile it just ticks up, and ticks up again, slow and steady. Then when this continues for 10%, 20%, then a 50% climb over the span of months, without any screaming rally or crazy hype… suddenly people look at the yearly chart and come to the sudden realization that “this thing literally only goes up!!”

Then all hell breaks loose.

Looking back 15 years, it always has been. 🫡

always

Gradually, then suddenly.

People think the rally will take us to 100k, I kinda feel like the real rally will *start* there.

100k ain’t what it used to be. The dollar is literal garbage.

$100k by Halloween 11:59p Salem time.

I hope not honestly. If it takes longer it’s better for us, imo. 100k by Feb 1st, imo. We will see though.

6 months of sideways / negative chop should build some resilience to support a 50% upward move. Let’s touch $110k fast(ish) and then pull back to $80k. Class of 2021 has had enough with this “patience” … bring on some of these face melting pump we’ve heard so much about these last few years.

always consider allways frens/future is undetermined

Off topic, what’s a handful of your favorite movies? I didn’t know until recently that you went to film school!

Gonna rapid fire off the top of my head all movies that come to mind:

Fight Club

Stardust

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind

Shawshank Redemption

Dark Knight

Matrix

Princess Mononoke

Aliens

Klaus

Good Will Hunting

Heat

Die Hard

Snatch

Pan’s Labyrinth

Rope

V for Vendetta

Groundhog Day

Love Song for Bobby Long

Lord of the Rings

Top Gun: Maverick

Children of Men

Whiplash

Sanjuro

The Princess Bride

Gravity

Arrival

Cashback

Annihilation

The Last Samourai

Vanilla Sky

Perfume: Story of a Murderer

Sunshine

I can’t get anymore off the top of my head but I’m undoubtedly missing a number of great ones because I didn’t think of Sunshine til the last moment and it’s one of my favorites. Big Danny Boyle fan.

We live in public

Interstellar

I can't add that one only because I read the script like 5 years before it was released (wasn't even greenlit), and absolutely fell IN LOVE with it. It was SO good... but then i went to the theater just excited out of my mind, and they completely gutted basically the most profound moments and theme of the story and I was dumbfounded. I hated that movie the first time i watched it because I kept trying to figure out how it was going to end the way it had in the script...

That said, since my passionate aggression to the film diverting from the story i loved has subsided, the movie is much better than i gave it credit for. It will likely always be a tainted film experience for me because of that reason though. i kinda wish i had the opportunity to watch it "unburdened by what has been" 🤣

prereads usually run betr 4 me

Try writing your top 50 movie list sometime. I’ve done it - it’s a fun and challenging exercise.

Adding:

No country for old men

Unforgiven

Two greats

I’ve seen almost all of these! Great fucking taste bro!

Tombstone

My list would be almost exactly the same.

But you clearly forgot The Big Lebowski.

Coherence (2013)

Match Point (2005)

Thoroughbreds (2018)

The Killer (2024)

Underworld (2003)

Pretty much every movie on my favorites list is panned as "forgettable" or "uninspired."

Testing… my first primal post.

Adding

Pulp Fiction,

Groundhog Day & Princess Bride

no Tarantino's? 🤔

Fundamentally, "In Time" is missing and "Dawn of the Dead (Original) and "Money Heist" and "Full Metal Jacket" and "2001 A Space Odyssey" and "The Shining" and "The Thing" and "Eyes Wide Shut" and "Rambo First Blood" and "A Brief History of Time" and "Idiocracy" etc et cetera....

TOMBSTONE!

STOP YELLING AT ME! I KNOW I MADE A HORRIBLE MISTAKE!

sorry bro. GM😉

Perfume…going hard core movie guy there.

Solid list.

I know the last thing you need is more shit to do, but having your friends on the show once a month to talk old school films may give your brain a break.

Congrats on the second baby BTW

Agreed - Bitcoin's quiet rise signals bigger changes ahead. With BlackRock's ETF, politicians getting involved, and the old system strained by debt and idealistic blindness on all sides, we're on the cusp of something significant. Never thought we'd be moving toward anarchy, but it seems that way. Just stacking sats and watching as things unfold.

Yep

Green Green Green Red, Green Green Green Red, Geen Green Green Red.

Few understand this

The biggest misconception is to assume “being early” is better than “thinking rightly”—

In bitcoin, it didn’t matter how early you were—

if you hadn’t nurtured accurate and right thinking—

you would’ve lost

you would’ve gotten rekt

Love the slow grind up.

I'm looking forward for all hell to break loose.
