No, very light kettlebell workout. Definitely out of gas

Yes! Super productive this week.

When I do extended fasts, I find I'm much stronger and better off if I consume plenty of salt (sodium and potassium) throughout the day(s) with my water. I still feel plenty empty, but not weak.

My lovely wife has been heating up bone broth for me at mealtimes which goes a long way

I still haven't tried genuine, homemade bone broth. I want to.

I suppose you could try rabbit bone broth. (If I tried that, I wouldn't be able to resist saying: "Waiter! There's a hare in my soup!")

It's a little tough, but tastes good. Doing fried nuggets is our favorite way to prepare it.
