This seems to completely be the opposite of what I was reading the last years. “Blue zones”, vegetarian diet, … Very interesting. That you for sharing. Going to do more research and try myself.

Blue zones aren’t vegetarian.

And I’d also question the concept of a blue zone. The study wasn’t the best.

I tried veganisn for 8 years and pretty sure that’s what caused my hyperthyroidism since after waiting to the autoimmune protocol diet my thyroid levels balanced pretty quickly.

wait until you go on the “parasitic-zombie” diet

“diet”

Real community-don’t over eat

i literally just get my energy from liquids now LOL ya foul-beasts; get rekt

At least from what I read the most common factor were a legume based diet, low stress, physical activity. But it seems not conclusive. Did you read the book of David Sinclair “Lifespan”?

Are you taking supplements like Creatine, Protein, etc.?

Follow the work of Dr.Shawn Baker and/or Dr.Ken Berry

No. I don’t take anything. Never have. My ear infection was the first time I really had to take antibiotics and Tylenol

Well, you did take that pill though. That orange one.

What about fasting? Still practicing?

Sucks you had to take antibiotics.

Watch Fat Fiction will help explain some of this.
