GM Nostr! I’ve called out other influencers with large followings for shilling dangerous companies like BlockFi in the past, so I feel i need to be consistent.
If you have a large following in the Bitcoin space or on Nostr, and you have a financial interest in, let’s say, a client that uses a cached relay service and a kyc custodial lightning wallet, you should disclose your financial relationship. Otherwise GFY

And for the record, I’m not passing judgement on Primal. I actually think it’s a good client, and potentially a way to purple and orange pill people like my wife. It’s the coordinated campaign to shill Primal from people who clearly have an undisclosed financial interest that I find distasteful.

I don’t have a big following, but this seems like a good place to make it known I support Luke and the entire team behind the Ocean mining pool project.
I have been concerned about mining centralization for several years and I sincerely believe this project is needed.
Regardless if my “investment” ever “pays off”, I would do it 100 times over. In fact, I don’t care if I get an ROI. If Ocean helps solve some of the issues facing Bitcoin mining, we all win.
I want to ensure Bitcoin is here for my kids and it is my humble opinion that Ocean mining pool is working to that end.
For what it’s worth, I feel indebted to Luke (and many other developers) who have worked years to ensure Bitcoin remains a resilient, powerful network.
That is my only disclosure and I will be cheering for the project in the months and years to come.

I’m pointing my miner to Ocean first thing when I wake up. I like to try out about everything before I have an opinion. If it is decentralized and don’t need an email address, it already seems way better than what’s out there..
