Thatβs a very well cooked steak!
it's a filet and it's way thicker than my usual new York strip so when I cut it open it was rarer than I like it which is pretty hard to do π so had to sear the parts a lil

yes and I also made plants cry during the preparation of this meal π

I also feel like I cut the filet wrong way or direction like it's just kinda ugly π€·πΌ
