That’s a very well cooked steak!

it's a filet and it's way thicker than my usual new York strip so when I cut it open it was rarer than I like it which is pretty hard to do πŸ˜‚ so had to sear the parts a lil

Did you cut in the direction of the β€œgrain” of the meat? Like three little ridges that it will just slide through.

yes, I guess I should've cut with the grain and looks like I cut against it (aka ugly )
