I have a classically trained butthole so I always know when it’s shit vs fart

How can I train my butthole?

Buttsicle

I’m scared to ask what that is

How did you miss the multi day buttsicle conversation?

That’s a much nicer way of saying the Alaskan pipeline

Been really busy with important life stuff. Wish I could be on nostr more.

You were totes here for buttsicle gayte.

Totes not here. I don't recall or maybe I've suppressed the memory lol

I tried to suppress it but can't. I got blocked by laser for it though. Good times.

I'm also muted by laser

You don’t remember these memes

Not that one lol but I kind of remember the buttsicle jokes

Butt kegels dude

I know you be makin’ that booty clap when the right song comes on and nobody’s home. Don’t lieeeeeee

Stop exposing me today. It's been a rough week.

The last time I went to Taco Bell didn’t turn out so good for me

I had some orange juice today but I'm still not taking such a high risk gamble.

Common core buttholes just don't function the same in the real world.

I can choose to just fart even when I really have to take a shit. I’m a literal shit guru

Thinking I had this super power is why I can never return to THAT Walmart.

😂😂😂

LMAO

There's always that danger zone though where you're not 💯 sure, resulting in a shart!

Only if I’m like sick or ate something sketchy

There’s always a rise in cortisol when I need to fart because of this risk

.....which just intensifies the situation even more😳😂.

I find that it causes more tightening which means you may have enough time to get to the restroom lol

I follow the animal based diet now. One of the criticisms I hear about this diet from carnivores is that you have to be intentional about how much you eat in carbs because you can still overeat fruit. But if overeating fat is an issue on a carnivore diet, then that means I have to be intentional about that too. That’s not the idea they sold me lol my understanding was you should trust your body and eat until satiated.

I eat protein then fiber. Fat seems to come naturally without thinking. If I'm eating something really sugary I try to add nuts. Got that last bit from wearing a continuous glucose monitor for a bit. Amazing how much that lowers the blood sugar spike from identical carb loads.

Other than that avoid my trigger foods which pretty much forces me to eat home cooked whole foods anyways.
