Look, as I got closer to 40 years old, I had more to gain from quitting #caffeine, #nicotene, and #alcohol than I did from contuining to use them.

God I miss nicotine. That’s the one that truly never leaves your brain.
- camel blues
- marlboro reds
- american spirits

These were the fucking best. I still miss the smell.
Ever had these?
Yep. Remember them well.
What’s to gain from quitting caffeine?
- better sleep
- lower physical anxiety
- improved gut health
Overall better health after dumping coffee.
I drink a fair amount of coffee.
I smoke a ton less when I ryo & I get greater satisfaction. Currently smoking American sprit black.
I seldomly drink anymore.
I’m a firm believer that convenience is the worst sin.
When things become convenient humans over indulge.
💯
Thats what they say about meat....hahaha........
We need certain vitamins.
I was on vegan diet, but I dont reccomend this diet without taking extra vitamins needed for the body. Eventually got back to eating poultry & seafood.
Nicotine is definitely not good.
Coffee however according to reserach can have some positive health effects. Ofcourse in moderation.....
Some people may have reaction to it.
Healthy life style is a beautiful thing, sure.
I think certain medications are most poisonous especially anti psychotics.
Unfortunately needed to treat serious illnesses and thats what is available on market. Every now and then I would watch commercial for cholesterol meds for example and it would say at the end- serious side effects- kidney failure, increaed risk of cancer, blood pressure....and more
Or blurred vision, muscle spasms, seizure.....or worse
Might as well just have coffee
Coffee in moderation actually has health benefits, however caffeine can be addictive
