bitcoin lightning isnt useless they just implemented it really badly on twitter
It was literally such a terrible implementation. Who is going to go to someone's profile to use the only KYC lightning service you could plug in with that had no way to connect your own node, or wallet, or lightning address, or literally anything else.
It was a lesson in "only regulatory approved lightning will be allowed on centralized media."

Wasn’t yet implemented per tweet. Profile only, which folks don’t really visit much. So, he’s right. It was set to be implemented per tweet before I left. And then probably reprioritized or killed.
