I had a coworker a few years ago who excitedly told me she and her husband bought a whole bitcoin. I started to tell her how amazing that was and then she clarified “Well the kind we bought is called ethereum.” It blew my mind. She and her husband are both masters level educated, successful in their professional careers, level headed intelligent people. But just had zero clue that “Bitcoin” was its one specific thing. We had a good long chat lol.

Yeah, I run into same problem with this guy I run into on a regular basis. (Live in small town) He constantly refers to all coins as Bitcoin. Even after I have explained it to him countless times. It's almost like he doesn't want to understand. I finally gave up. 🤷
💯🤣 People “Google” things on Bing, order an “Uber” on their Lyft app, and “Photoshop” photos in any number of editing apps. So why not go buy some “Bitcoin” with a doge or eth logo on it. 😭
Works for me. I didn't want these assholes pumping the price out of my reach so soon anyway. Hyperbitcoinization will happen, just like the sun will eventually burn out, but we needn't cheer on the end of low prices and the ability to buy the hardest money ever formulated with scraps of worthless paper sooner than it needs to happen.

In my opinion, having an executive order to create a SBR would be folly, kicking off game theory we cannot get ahead of as every entity scrambled to buy bitcoin.
