We have 扮工, which sounds exactly like 辦公 😅
When I worked in a bar, we called it “the glass shuffle” - Literally moving glasses from up and down, left to right. Looking busy whenever you were 1 minute out from your break so you wouldn’t get another job asked of you that eats into your break!
I think the phrase is a thing!
