What are the hours you are doing? I’ve thought about trying it.

Last meal by 8pm or earlier.

First meal by 12pm or later.

Sometimes that means I only eat between 1 and 7, sometimes 12 and 8

Yeah that’s the range I was thinking about. I wake up at 4:30am each morning. So personally it’s going to be tough for me to wait until noon to eat. But maybe I can do 11am-7pm. I’ve heard only good things about it. Maybe chug black coffee in the morning haha. But there would be a 8 hour window to eat then fast the 16 hours each day.

I would try it out and make adjustments until you find something that works for you.

I think first meal around 4-5 hours after you get up and last meal around 3-4 hours before bed is good (works for me)

My wife and I do it. Normally Sunday night dinner 6-7pm. Nothing but water till Tuesday at lunch. Sometimes I will go 48 hours till dinner Tuesday.

My liver loves it.

Yeah that’s extreme for me. I would end up just punching puppies bc I was hangry. Maybe I will try to work up to that for a bit. But the 16 hour fasting is a good start for sure or to stay consistent.

It’s not that bad. U sleep through more than half of it. That crazy ass #[4] will fast for like 4-5 days. No idea how he does that shit

I just think of the Sats i save on inflated food prices and its easy😂🤝

There he is! Sup brutha

16h no food is reaaally good

48h no food is not necessary, probably good to try one day and listen to angels and demons whispering to you things

48 hours helps with getting rid of ole worn out cells and replaces them with new ones.

Our bodies do that without the fast too. Im not saying there is not benefits to such fast tho. Im gonna try it one of these days.

👌

I want to start this as well but I typically work out in the mornings. Feel like these fasting times don't work with his because not eating protein for 5-6 hours after working out doesn't seem productive. Do you have any recommendations for what to do to work fasting into my schedule?
