👍Final day for me. Have dinner plans with the wife. Families can make fasting a little harder. I’ll hit 60 hours this one.

I do the 18/6 daily but I’m stuck. I can feel it. Need a big flush to restart the system.

Haven’t been sick once this winter though but felt a little off last night. Fasting is the way.

I finished a 91 hour fast a week ago. It felt great. I tried to do an extended fast once a month. I’m already looking forward to the next one. It always feels like a reset.

Max Keiser does a monthly 72 hours I think. Has for years. That’s commitment. It’s also healthy as hell both mentally & physically.

My goal is always 72 hours but after exceeding that in January, I wanted to see what I could push myself to in February. The mental clarity and how great you feel physically is astonishing. I had even completed two big workouts during the fast which proved to be difficult at times but I felt great afterwards.

I did a 36 hour dry fast once. Never saw so much sediment in my urine before. Great stuff.

Step 1. Don’t eat

Step 2. Stay hydrated (coffee is good. Water with some salt too. Some do bone broth occasionally)

Step 3. That’s it. Do normal shit you do. You aren’t going to die.

Some feel tired. Some feel more energy etc.

Some get hungry. Some don’t.

I have a buddy who does the opposite thing. If it’s freezing out he keeps saying how warm it is. How nice it is. Same if it’s hot; how cool etc. Sure it’s annoying but there’s something to it. He retired at 40. Wealthy.

That's definitely a component of it lol. Reality hits when you're on the 3rd day of a fast and you try to go for that extra couple reps and they just ain't there. Steel don't lie 😁
