First real, non-religious argument I've heard for prioritizing natural sugars over refined sugars.

1. It's not that natural sugars are only beneficial because of their unique, non-sugar, nutrients. The sugar itself is beneficial to the body.

2. Refined sugars, like evaporated cane sugar, deliver the same 'pure energy' as milk and orange juice.

3. Paul argues that refined sugars have no counterbalance to dysbiosis, unlike natural sugars, which breed dysbiosis exposes people to #endotoxemia.

Now THAT is a well formed argument.

Keep going, Saladino.

Hey - what's your recommendation for someone suffering from constipation induces by dysbiosis ? Thanks

When you wake up, is your tongue coated white, yellow, or both?

White

After you eat, do you get burps/indigestion/nausea immediately after?

What's your diet look like?

Is sleep okay? Stress feel lowish?

1) I do get mild burps and I start feeling bowel movements

2) Started experimenting with Keto since 4/5 weeks to cure my bloating and constipation - bloating is gone but not constipation

3) Sleep is good - 7h/8h minimum each night, not trouble falling asleep

Is stool well formed and of good color? Any cramps or itching downstairs?

Stool is type1/2 following the Bristol Stool Chart

No cramps

Any white splotches/fungal like growths in high sweat areas on your body, like under arms or square of back?

No nothing like that

How many times is your body trying for a BM a day? Is it a big strain with only small output, or is it good output but not having a BM every day?

Give me an example of your average meals, like what cut of meats, what fat sources, what do you drink?

1/2 BM a day, not always conclusive. Medium strain and small output when conclusive (1 time every 2 days)

Diet predominantly red meat (ribeyes, ground beef), fish (salmon), butter, avocado, cheese, greek yogurt, chicken thighs, beef liver once a week

2 meals a day

Drink one cup of coffee in the morning and water all day

How much water and what's the source?

Brita-filtered tap water, sometimes sparkling water (Perrier)

2-3L a day

You remineralizing the brita tap water? And are you drinking alongside your meals?

No, couldn't find something as good as LMNT here in Europe.

I only drink before the meal and after.

I will have some recommendations to experiment with today.

Thanks man, appreciate it!
