discipline.

I thought it was causing me much harm. It looks like it wasn’t. It was all the sugar or milk I used to add to it. That being said… I’ll never understand robusta.

Yeah me too !! You gonna have to take my Italian espresso machine off my cold dead hands !!

Couldn’t be me.

Where is that from? Cool packaging

It can lead to drinking too much and thus dependence.

Doing a reset to nothing or to the middle ground of matcha can eliminate or reduce that dependence.

i recently tried the matcha route... really quite nice once I got used to it

So they can post on social media about it.

Maybe a caffeine reset every now and then but I have a hard time rationalizing stopping forever. After doing a lot of reading about coffee over the years #coffeechain seems to be a clear net positive for general health.

I stop drinking it usually at 5 pm

Then restart at 5 am

I dont drink sugar though

To know that they aren’t a slave to addiction and can stop if they really want to.

Then they go back to it 😄

I didn't stop drinking coffee but I did start with decaf.

I found that I was being to dependent on it (drinking 5 or 6 espressos).

Since I stopped I sleep deeper and I started to have dreams again, which is neat.

I do have caffeine once in a while if I'm having lunch I'll get a coke or a espresso for with dessert but I won't go over that.

Decaf is underrated

Make sure your decaf doesn't used a chemical process to remove caffeine. You you wouldn't want to drink chemicals everyday.

Yeah, I buy it from my local posh coffee shop excaltly for that and taste haha

Decaf sucks, but it's all I can tolerate on a day-to-day basis. 😭

I get a quite expensive decaf locally and is not really bad, it is a little bit over roasted but I just adjust my amount of coffee and water

There's a Kona decaf I've been meaning to try, but they're often sold out

I have to take breaks because I quickly get back up to 600-800mg a day

Coffee is the lifeblood. Couldn't be me. 😅

People stop drinking coffee because they run out

cause they've been duped 😂

Hand grind and hand press espresso every morning. It’s wonderful. Will keep doing forever.

Sensitivity to caffeine. I loooove coffee, but start to feel strung out after a few weeks of consistent use.

I stopped putting sugar in mine in order to drink it during fasting

When the hard work is done, Making life more gentle helps to appreciate what you have accomplished. It’s a British thing.

Consistently better sleep; coffee has never really done much for me anyway.

Why even start with it?

I never want to stop.

1.) It made me have to take several shits a day.

2.) After a while, my body needed it and became an addiction.

3.) Buying coffee was expensive (I could make it at home but going out and buying coffee was more of a thing to do)

to feel like they are in control (until the next week or two)

Me neither

I wont ever quit drinking it but I have cut down on it due to caffeine intake and not getting good sleep. I drink it first thing in the morning though.

Weakness

I do it periodically to prove I don’t need it. But I love it so I kinda do need it. Coffee ☕️ much like gravity is undefeated.

I stopped drinking just as experiment. for month. and never came back, because I saw that my sleep got better. Even though I drank coffee only before in the morning. I'm not saying it's gonna work for everyone the same way. Now I drink matcha
