As a customer, you have a simple web interface that can browse shops on nostr (via pubkeys) and make orders that are sent as an encrypted DMs to the merchant.

You can host a market from your computer that is behind a firewall, completely hiding your IP address from the world. It could be a vending machine in the middle of nowhere. Markets are posted as nostr events and all Lightning payments and merchant-customer communication happen via nostr DMs.
