Love to see it

It's almost impossible to find regeneratively rotated + 100% grass grazed Jersey A2A2 ghee on the market.

Best of the best.

This will be converted into pasture-raised ghee tmr 🫡🫡

This is from my own milk share and manually skimming off the cream from the milk

Love it!

I haven't, and it is 😂

I plan on getting dairy goats next year. I've raised beef steers in the past but I don't know what I'd do with that much milk! I'm one dude living by myself.

Hopefully goat's milk is as delicious and nutritious as cow milk.

Goats milk in many ways is better than cows milk. Definitely recommend it.

Jersey cow milk and cream is the best!! 💜

This 64oz of heavy cream made around 32oz of butter, which will make around 26oz of ghee.

Head to https://greatghee.com/ and buy quality ghee from the source, not from some sketchy reseller you don’t know the origin of.

Top shelf in my fridge is reserved for these jars

Let’s goooo

We milked our neighbor’s Jersey a couple days per week, for a while back when we lived in the holler. Deb was her name. She was as good as it gets and rarely ever kicked over the milk bucket. Would love to have that opportunity again.

Shoutout my girl Deb
