Social Media will be banned until at least 18.
No internet without direct supervision.
You can only play video games with daddy.

Imo it depends on the intent (mens rea) of the author; jailtime depends on what damage can be proven in a court of law.
If it is made with intent to cause reputational damage in the eye of the public, then there is (or should be) chances of significant recuperation. I'm unsure about how many gases in the US have resulted in jailtime for defamation, as this is usually settled in Civil suits.

As an enjoyer of pornographic content, including that made by AI (of people who do not exist), I have to say that the idea of someone making such content featuring a woman without her permission is disgusting. I am very grateful that there are women out there willing to share their glorious bodies VOLUNTARILY, but to effectively expose someone to the world without their permission is as bad as the asshole boyfriends out there who post their ex-girlfriends' nudes that were intended for their eyes only, back when they were together.
I am just not sure if there is any effective legal grounds or means to punish it, and I don't know that we would want to open that Pandora's box of increased state power, either. The answer to people doing shitty things to us shouldn't be to run to daddy government. Not sure what it should be, but taking it to the state to "fix" for us just makes matters worse for everyone in the end.

It's that mentality of, "I can't do something about this myself, so I am going to get someone else to do it for me," that I find to be absolutely antithetical to a free society. Once we accept that there are some people more qualified to deal with our problems than ourselves, it is inevitable that we continue imbuing them with more and more power.
Outside of actions that cause physical harm to another person, or else destruction or theft of another individual's property, the State should not be involved in settling the matter whatsoever.
