1 cup at 6am and another around 830 to keep me company at the office. Black; no sugar or milk

I intermittent fast until 1pm so it’s a steady diet of coffee and water until then

3 cups of water for every cup of coffee suits me well

Helps me keep a caloric deficit by limiting my eating window to only 7-8 hours a day

Yup, after years of this diet or that… IF + high protein + exercise 4-5x/ week has worked the best for me
