Cold brew is just coffee grounds steeped in water overnight. Supposedly stronger and less acidic. I use maple syrup cause I don’t like added sugar. And I think real maple syrup and raw honey are super foods.

I think of super foods as 1 ingredient foods that are really good for you. Raw honey and maple syrup are for sure on my list
I need to look into maple syrup as a superfood. I completely agree with your definition and honey being one though.
It’s purely speculative for me. I could be wrong, but I’m sticking with it. I just think we share plenty of DNA with trees, they are some of the sturdier living things on the planet, why not drink their life force? Also, I’m talking like a tablespoon or 2 a day… not any amount you want.
4 shots in the AM. Experience is love hate, but it’s relied on at this point.

OK when I play chess with friends in local league, I usually drink one redbull but It is not very effective. The best for me is to sleep.

Woah, 3 cups you both?!? I try to have one large cup in the morning with some L-Theanine, so the crash isn’t as bad during afternoon, but damn, 3 seems quite a lot for me🫣💜

Idk never liked it. I only sleep at night with proper circadian rhythm and wake up early. Never had issues with normal sleep, sleep like a baby. But If I sleep too long I get headaches.
I don’t nap either. I crash rarely tho

Damn, that’s quite a bit of coffee. I don’t think I’ve ever really tried like really good quality coffee, or atleast I wouldn’t be able to know if one is expensive or not🤷♂️💜
i am in a coffee country. it is abundant here and really good. i even get it from local farmers and roast it myself
Far less than I used to. Little enough that I no longer get a headache if I go without. Some days I don’t have any.
I fill up one Xlarge thermos with coffee in the morning and drink on it all day.
I really enjoy having it instead of coke, tea, or energy drinks.
I use raw milk and pure honey from the Ozarks in my coffee.

Honey will make your coffee better than any other sweetner even though ive never tried maple syrup.
If you like caffeinated water you might as well take caffeine pills with a glass of water 😂

I start day with a huge cappuccino 400 ml 😂 and then depends on weather and my mood, sometimes I drink another one, or espresso after dinner.
Daily caffeine protocol:
1-4 cups of coffee
Almost always black
Usually drip/pour over, sometimes espresso
Usually with some theanine if I’m having multiple cups
I don’t even know what “drip” or “pour over” means🤷♂️🤷♂️🫣
I also use L-Theanine to cut the edges off the coffee💜
I like the edge of one cup but more than that, I need the theanine
Drip = conventional coffee maker
Pour over = hand poured hot water over coffee grounds

If you don’t feel you need it, then I’d stick to one cup.
Caffeine has pros and cons.
I do fall off heavily after 2-3PM, but I’m not sure if it’s worth it taking the risk of not falling asleep at night 🤷♂️

Probably has to do with that more than your morning caffeine.
Be mindful of what you eat. Too many carbs or fried food tends to cause a crash. I find lower carb meals work better for me.
As long as you sleep enough at night and it’s not that - try taking 15-20 min walk right after eating lunch and get some sunlight. Also stay hydrated.

It varies based on my schedule or how disciplined I am.
Typically, I like to get up early and exercise. Then coffee and some focus creative work until lunch time (my 1st meal of the day). Then a walk and back to work. I do the boring, more process-related work in the afternoon (email, admin, etc.)
One strong cup in the am with butter and MCT oil mixed in with a hand blender. Might have some green tea with lions mane in the afternoon. Coffee in the afternoon won't let me sleep but the tea is just right.
On a normal day 0. I sometimes drink green or black tea but to be honest I don't notice a lot.
1 cup at 6am and another around 830 to keep me company at the office. Black; no sugar or milk
I intermittent fast until 1pm so it’s a steady diet of coffee and water until then

Helps me keep a caloric deficit by limiting my eating window to only 7-8 hours a day

I do ~2 liters of cold brew iced tea a day. Made with 3 tea bags. Each tea bag is 30-50 mg of caffeine, so that means 90-150 mg daily.
That’s quite reasonable, similar to what I consume 💜🫶
One large coffee in the morning usually suffices.
Yeah, it’s usually enough to get me started also. As long as I can stop the crash after lunch, I’ll be golden 🫶💜
