He's a tagger, not an artist.
tagging and graffiti is art.
Tagging is not art. It's the product of egotistical scum who celebrate themselves by putting their name everywhere they can. They destroy other people's property for their own self-aggrandizement. And when the property owners make the expense of painting over their tags, they're back the next day to put their name on the brand new blank spot. Because one-upping the people who own and maintain property is part of the excitement for them.

Art doesn't involve destroying other people's property over and over again. There's a world of difference between taggers and graffiti artists. One produces art, and the other is a parasitic scumbag with no regard for anyone but themselves.
Nobody produces art. Things are created, or destroyed, by people using tools. The viewer of the thing gets to decide if it is art, or not.
Also, most people that have been generally accepted as good artists typically have no regard for anyone but themselves.

Looks very similar to the "writing" painted all over railroad cars here in America's Rust Belt. It doesn't appear to be in any standard alphabet. Is this some kind of invader/gang code that only they can comprehend? Whatever it is, it's ugly -- and it is demoralizing to see it over and over and over again, defacing our once-beautiful civilization.

there's a bunch of artists i've seen do pieces as far flung between as Varna and Amsterdam
some of their names: TEXAS, XROM (or something close to this, i think maybe CHROM, i forget) i've seen work from these guys everywhere in between, serbia, bosnia, hungary, germany and netherlands
there is an awesome one who has put up work all over bulgaria, shit, i forget his name, he often paints these giant toothy fish monsters, and some of his pieces are extremely provocative in their message... shit, it's a really short name too... yes, CHO - i love that guy's work
