One tip... when it's in the oven, elevate the steak by setting it on a wire rack on top of the pan if possible. This will ensure it cooks more evenly. I like to shove some rosemary in that space between the steak and the pan for some added 🤌🏽

Turned out excellent! A littlr overdone i had it in the pan at the end too long but not terrible..still pink throughout. Will fix for next time: hotter pan and less time in the pan!
Dinner for the family was Sirloin Steak, shishito peppers, potatoes, and local grape tomatoes! 🤤

Excellent! One good thing abt reverse sear is even if you end up accidentally getting it to medium, it still has a real nice tenderness to it. My dad likes well done steaks 🤮 so this is one of the few methods that works without serving him a hockey puck...
Yeah the sear at the end's gotta be real quick and on a very hot pan. Just enough to get a bit of color/char, no more than a couple minutes per side. Throw down some more butter in the pan cause that browns quicker.

sear all sides thoroughly
Track temp in oven
Don't forget butter
Add butter before/after
baste butter better
Not more than 17 syllables
Compose of only 3 lines
Typically, every first line of Haiku has 5 syllables, the second line has 7 syllables, and the third has 5 syllables.
1) Slit the meat rectangularly not more than 17 lines
2) divide the meat into 3 equal parts
3) a)1/3 is cook rare w/ 5 types of spices
b) 1/3 is cook med rare w/ 7 spices
c) 1/3 is for stir fry with vegies
