What does Graphene to Nextcloud mean specifically? What sort of connection are you trying to make?
There is a Nextcloud app for Android. DavX works for calendar and contacts syncing. You login with your Nextcloud credentials.
All of this will only work as long as you are on the same network unless you have a static IP through your ISP. That's usually reserved for business accounts, as they dont really want home users hosting servers.
Yea why do you need name resolution on your home network?
Or are you trying to hit your next cloud instance remotely?

Idk how mDNS works but couldn't you just run a DNS resolver on some like pfsense? Or am I missing the question?

It’s not apples to apples, but I’ve fallen back to syncthing. It works everywhere, all the time.

What's so bad about nextcloud? Stores my files and syncs with all the devices I want. All the extensions are extra, but most seem to work.

TOR works fine but I hoped for better speed on local LAN. will fiddle some more soon.
