This is probably thinking too far outside of your current scope, but maybe a bitcoin/nostr bar or lounge area for communal gatherings and Bitcoin-only community shops/ food-pantry

This island has no services or stores. Running everything on solar/diesel/aquifer. There is 4G though since mainland is in sight line.

Dude this is the Okanagan Valley. I know every hill in the video like the back of my hand. Iāve been on every peak in this shot. This spot is between Peachland and Summerland. Itās not shot from an island. Itās 10 mins from Summerland and about the same distance from Peachland BC. Somewhere between Greata Ranch and Garnet Valley. Both towns (Peachland and Summerland) have two grocery stores, liquor stores, pubs, restaurants and all amenities. The only island in the shot is Rattlesnake Island off the tip of that peninsula. The Okanagan Valley is beautiful but naw this isnāt the coast. Thatās Okanagan Lake down there. Fresh water. This is far from remote. The population of the valley quadruples every summer. Itās the most popular vacation destination in BC. You can fly in via Kelowna International airport or Penticton for regional flights. Itās a beautiful place but letās get our geography straight if youāre selling people on getting behind this.

Iāve stood on that very spot when I lived in that valley. I was there from ā86-2011. Beautiful place, but itās pretty pricey to live there now. And of course you have the BC government to contend with.

My sister still lives only minutes from where this vid was taken. Her and her husband are big into the local mountain biking scene and cross country skiing in the winter. Itās exciting knowing I could have Bitcoiners to visit there. I usually go back once a summer. I know Adam OāBrien from Bitcoin Well holidayed there this summer. Near the resort my in-laws live at. About 30 minutes to the north. Man I know some crazy beautiful hikes there. Most beautiful place Iāve ever lived.
