Just register your wallet and then start using the zaps you get to pay for whatever you like! Or you can buy sats straight from the wallet. You can even send yourself sats from another wallet to load it up.

Can you explain to me please, how does this work. Does the coffee shop offer options paying through nostr/btc, they have keys on nostr and are willing to accept payments as such?
Primal has a built in bitcoin wallet. You get zaps (sats) and you use them however you like, including at places where they accept Bitcoin. If the merchant has a bitcoin wallet, they can accept your payment via Primal.
