I can also vouch for start9’s support on telegram. Awesome group. The basic setup is super simple but it can quickly get super technical as you dig into all the different capabilities.

I too, will say the same. They have a great team. They have always been extremely patient and helpful, even when not using their hardware.

Unfortunately, they don't seem to be available. I've been wanting to get one already for a while but they are always "sold out" and you can't even order one.

You could always buy a small used PC like a Optiplex micro & install Start9 yourself 👍
