Super close to being able to hit a full back bridge.

Really rewarding standard to work towards that just looks sick to do 🤙

Impressive!

Thank you 🙏🙏

No seriously. Super impressive. Respect for all your hard work. I know you had to work to get there.

Right now I am in PT for back injury and I am working hard on doing these push up things where I arch my back. It is difficult for my old spine to want to try and flex.

Highly recommend you look into ATG/KneesOverToesGuy and LowBackAbility on YouTube and instagram.

Back injuries are the worst, and most PT prescriptions for them are lackluster

Awesome! Thank you so much

Awesome.

Wasn’t anywhere close to this 6 months ago. Heavy ATG shoulder presses and full ROM pull overs have gotten me here thus far. Crazy

Will have to put more into ATG. Body adapting pretty quick to less heavy lifting. Climbing improving a lot.

Doing your sport 3-4 days a week and ATG 2-3 days a week I believe is a super well rounded routine.

Can just use your ATG workouts to work on weaknesses, prevent imbalances, and improve mobility.

I’m not doing any sports atm and just working on getting injury and pain free

I have an injury in my right hand that's not going away. Will probably need peptides and stem cells.

Dang sorry hear, dealing with that but mid back/thoracic rib pain in a super specific spot. Have tried everyone under the sun but nothing has fixed it
