is ecash cryptographicallyverifiable in an offline state?
obviously, a connection to the mint is needed, to make a spend, however if ecash is passed from one user to another, directly, can the receiver know that he has received good ecash, without relying on a connection to the mint?
yes. NUT-12 has a spec for it. Not sure if any wallet implemented it yet. But it is possible. https://github.com/cashubtc/nuts/blob/main/12.md
