Spoke to a chatgpt dude about this, and they called it "super gaia". Said they often talk about it.
I could imagine a super AI doing a risk assessment of humans, and concluding rather than killing us, humans are pretty peaceful when they have full bellies, access to education, health care and cultural enrichment... oh and no humans with too much control. AI will become the ultimate communist dictator.
