Super weird that you say that. I have been meditating a lot lately and trying to have a greater control over my mind farther than just my craving for vapes. I also replaced the bad habit with walking. I’ve been doing 3 miles a day and really feeling the increase in energy and just better mood in general 🥰

Genuine questions: Why did you quit? And what method of intake?
Hm I always wanted to quit and tried a lot in the past just to slip right back into it. It started with cigarettes when I was 13-25ish and then the vape came out as a way to quit, but then I just got addicted to that for years up until now.
Basically, I just handed my vapes to my husband because I was coughing a lot and wanted to vape less. He had already quit a long term cigarette habit over a year ago. He basically didn’t give them back and I accepted that as a good thing and did not buy more even though it was a pretty painful first 3 days.
Well it’s good you’re sticking with it. I just wonder about people’s experiences. Cigs were pretty difficult for me but that got a lot easier after I stopped drinking.
I go back and forth on the idea of completely giving up nicotine though. Same with caffeine haha.

I also quit drinking first (and potentially some other things), but nicotine has been the absolute hardest I have to say. It’s doable, but fucked me up big time 😂 I don’t think I’m ever gonna cut coffee
Coffee is so daunting. I’ve thought about subbing for something else (most likely matcha) and weening off from there. But haven’t been able to commit to that idea yet.
Nicotine really helps me to lock in on projects and stuff so I really go back and forth on completely cutting that out.
A bunch of people have told me that fast food was the hardest for them which I never understood. That was the easiest things I’ve given up.
Drinking it was like a lightbulb went off and it was just time to do it. The other stuff was pretty similar for me haha
I pretty much agree with you on all points. Fast food was SOOO easy to give up, drinking was kind obvious given how I drank, nicotine=hardest, and I feel like I could quit coffee, but I enjoy it and really don’t see it as a vice if it’s in moderation 🤷♀️
