How much are you trying to fast each day?

At the moment I am just doing 16/8 as I am also weight training in the gym, building muscle while also loosing visceral fat.

So I need plenty of protein.

Do you drink alcohol at all? Makes fasting so much harder

I quit all alcohol in 2020.

Do you drink coffee/tea/yerba mate during your fasted hours?

Black coffee ā˜•, water with apple cider vinegar, water with lemon and Himalayan Salt.

Do you think the coffee affects anything? I know it’s not technically supposed to break a fast

I just do what suits my needs, I don't strictly follow any plan. The black coffee boosts my energy and alertness I find. I drink it in moderation.
