It's not that big of a deal. It was a third of his net worth when he sold it, made about half a billion. Now it would have been worth about 15 billion, but his net worth is in the 20 something billion now.
Maybe he could've been 10 billion richer (not double) but look at how powerful he has become. Way more powerful than Zuck. In 2025, more powerful than Elon.
And personally I'd rather his position in Palantir than his hypothetical position in Meta.
