😂 hahaha roll outs sounds terrible. Just had to look it up. Absolutely no. It wouldn't work for me either. I need something without equipment. I am on the road and no consistent access to equipment at present. Seems that roll out thing requires a rolling thing. 😂

How do you suggest to measure planks. I am also contemplating on another idea. Will have to try it and see if I did it. But it is essentially #10minsAbsaDaytill100k :)

i usually do planks for time.

maybe in between sets. it just depends.
