I am thinking I wanna ad some ab routine. Just nothing super intense to get it going. Would that be crunches? Or should it be planks? Or something else? Suggestions? What are you sexy fit and in shape experts saying, what's best for shaping the abs?

😂 hahaha roll outs sounds terrible. Just had to look it up. Absolutely no. It wouldn't work for me either. I need something without equipment. I am on the road and no consistent access to equipment at present. Seems that roll out thing requires a rolling thing. 😂

one approach to planks is simply by time. Start with 3 sets of 30 seconds, with 15 seconds rest between each set. Increase the plank time over the weeks. When you get to 5 minutes per set of plank you'll want to be reading books or something. :)
