Hey #nostr friends. Desperately need some help from the community.
My family has sadly been forced to leave our beloved home on very short notice due to state-level threats. Looking for some place quiet to rest and recover for a while until we decide our next steps.
Arrived safely in #CostaRica for now but also open to any interesting alternatives that nostriches around the world may be able to offer. Love nature, small villages, rural locationsโ not too crazy about cities. Have also considered Ecuador, Bali, Laos, Vietnam, Norway/Swedenโฆ the list goes on. Let the universe decide!
Do you have a quiet, private place you could offer us for a few weeks / months? (We are willing to pay in sats!) Do you need a reliable and trustworthy pet sitter / home sitter while you are away for a while? Could you use a couple of hard-working volunteers for an eco project, organic farm or maybe a Bitcoin-based initiative somewhere in the world?
I worked as a travel photographer for about 12 years and have visited nearly 100 countries worldwide. My wife previously worked for a large international cultural organization and has a degree in Cultural Management and Education. We currently run a small scale farm ourselves and both have lots of experience tending both gardens and animals. I also have plenty of experience in landscaping, landscape design, and am willing to tackle any repairs, light carpentry, or home maintenance tasks I could help with. We are very tidy and trustworthy people and will absolutely treat your home or property with utmost respect and care.
