In many ways, they have already won.
Nostr and Bitcoin run on top of surveillance tech.
Man, they are in your phone and on your computer; They work with your utility providers and ISP. They track every bit that enters and leaves the network; They know better who you are, and what you'll achieve in life, than you; and if they wanted you to dissapear, you will - branded as whatever they want you to be.
Maybe not you specifically, but probably.
