I’ve been doing a weekly spin class and weights. Yoga a few times a month. Oh and sauna. Plan to do a 10k in July.

I have an e reader but prefer physical books. Reading an hour a day. That said, I usually don’t read long articles on my phone. Medium and message Venn diagram.
