It's so true. Market place keeps me on there and i still scroll for the little bit of truthful content being posted from people with large enough follower numbers that they couldn't fully shadow ban them. I want to get people over to nostr, but I'm convinced they control even the private messages now. Seems impossible to reach anyone. It's madness

With over a 1000 friends on #Facebook, i used to get about 15-30 engagements per post. Now when i post about bitcoin i get ZERO. The algo is so messed. People now scroll and look at random videos. They see very little of value. They have shadow banned my reach. Keep the oxford idiots asleep. It's frustrating. Although engagement on here is low for me, i at least get some. Also pondering this same question as a newer believer. We are fasting for the 40 days of advent. Been aiming to pray on my knees for a minimum of 18 minutes a day. We are avoiding the commercialized colors of red and white. We won't tell a lie and get our girl to believe in Santa. We serve at the church where we do a massive production for the community where hundreds of us dress up and recreate Bethlehem at the time of Christ's birth. There are markets, live animals, hundreds of us in customs. Thousands come through to experience it every year. Reading His word lots and having discussions about deepening our surrender to Him. I've been thinking about giving out soup, bin, and hot chocolate to the homeless downtown. Give away all my warm clothes i don't wear. Those are some ways. Always looking to improve.
