The problem that lives at the core of this question is this : Who gets to decide what is "bad".
I see two solutions. 1. Good filters in clients (already exists somewhat). 2. Curated feeds (also being developed).
I think we will see a range of things and there will be nuance. Some federated layer 2 systems will make better, more distributed, more secure networks that support openess and each other. Others will likely offer a fractionally backed token and be more of decentralization theatre. And all in-between. Caveat emptor.

So he's likely attempting to pinpoint your location and route it to your nostr account. I would block him immediately. Though he is not very sophisticated in his method. He could have used a blinded identifier.
oh good grief! I go to Twitter for one second and I get sucked all the way into a vortex of the infinite Pizza. it really is calmer here and perhaps the lack of stupid algorithms makes it harder to get addicted but does anybody really want to be in that vortex?
